If you’re looking for a special gift for a loved one this year, Elberta quince jam, made from quinces from the Elberta quince tree next to the Eco-Building Products/Elberta Beach Market building, is available by donation at the Village Office. Emily Votruba made the jam and Jason Soderquist designed the label. The photo on the label is of an actual Elberta quince.
