It’s spring cleanup time in the Village! New this year: CURBSIDE scrap metal and *appliance* pickup, as well as car batteries and marine batteries. If you have some of these items ready to go, kick ’em to the curb Saturday, May 6, before 9 am. As for the rest of your junk, take it down to the Village garage between 9 and 2. If you aren’t physically able to haul your stuff away, Sue Oseland will be driving a truck around on that day. Also, the Village needs some help down at HQ coordinating dropoffs, etc., so if you’d like to lend a hand, call the office at 231-352-7201.
