    Charlie said that this is all BULLSHIT!!!! Ken Bonney should had charge the Village for the steel to be sitting there all these years… I can bet that he should get a lawyer and take Bowner to court for causing trouble. this is so stupid!!!! Charlie said SORRY, but this is the one time he is not on the VIllage side.
