Recall Who?

According to DPW head Ken Bonney, reached this afternoon by phone, two “RECALL” signs were found in the village today, one in front of the library, and one near the exercise equipment at Anderson Park. Bonney said Ken Holmes removed the one from in front of the library, and Village Clerk Sharyn Bower called the police about the sign, because it had been posted on public property. Bonney said the sign in front of the library was a garage sale sign and simply had the word RECALL written on the back. The Alert was not able to determine whether actual recall paperwork had been filed with the county, but we’ll look into it.—Emily Votruba
