The public hearing on the future of the Elberta Post Office, which was supposed to take place tomorrow (Tuesday) at noon, has been postponed indefinitely. Sharyn Bower just stopped by the Alert offices to let us know the word had come down from a post office muckety-muck that the public meeting will NOT be held tomorrow. As to the future meeting date, we will keep you posted.
